Job Title: Asset Performance Analyst

About the Role:

The Asset Performance Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving business performance across various markets. This role involves deep data analysis, identifying barriers to revenue and profit growth, and collaborating with teams to implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration: Build strong relationships with Country Managers to gain insights into their operations, local markets, and customers.
  • Analysis: Identify areas of strength and weakness within business units through detailed performance analysis using the IWG analytical toolkit and reporting suites.
  • Problem-Solving: Collaborate with centralised teams to develop tailored solutions for identified issues.
  • Implementation: Assist in implementing solutions to ensure they effectively address problems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor outcomes and make necessary adjustments to strategies and processes to drive continuous improvement.

Team Dynamics:

The Commercial Performance Analyst role is part of a Global Performance Management Team, split into regional teams, each headed up by a Team Lead. The team collaborates closely to share best practices and insights, enhancing revenue and margin performance across various markets.
