Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Canada Specialist to join our sales team at Brooklyn Travel Group. As the expert on our Canadian product, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our customers. This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals who thrive on connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional travel recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients through inbound and outbound calls, live chat, and email to promote our Canadian travel packages.
  • Convert leads by guiding clients towards their ideal Canada travel experience and closing bookings.
  • Provide expert advice on Canadian destinations, tailoring recommendations to meet client preferences.
  • Build strong, lasting connections with clients, encouraging repeat bookings and referrals.
  • Manage bookings from initial enquiry to confirmation, ensuring clients have a smooth, satisfying experience.
  • Achieve sales targets by consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Stay informed about Canadian destinations, industry trends, and our exclusive products to give clients the best possible recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales selling worldwide tailor-made holidays is essential, with a strong record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable building rapport and closing sales.
  • Strong verbal and written English skills, with the ability to present travel ideas compellingly and clearly.
  • Digital savvy, competent using technology and GDS trained.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, adapting quickly to client queries and sales opportunities.
