Senior Associate Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Associate to join our team at Greenwich Partners in the UK. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in M&A and corporate finance and will be responsible for executing complex transactions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing deals, maintaining liaison with corporate clients, and preparing marketing presentations. They will also develop financial and valuation models for potential corporate client opportunities and draft relevant corporate finance and transactional documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal Execution: Execute deals while maintaining liaison with corporate clients regarding stock market trends and developments.
  • Financial Modelling: Develop financial and valuation models for potential corporate client opportunities.
  • Client Support: Draft relevant corporate finance and transactional documentation, prepare marketing presentations for current and potential corporate clients.
Requirements

Background and Experience: A 3rd year analyst or associate with experience in M&A at other banks or ACAs with experience in lead advisory or M&A (not transaction services). Personal Qualities: Excellent communication skills, confidence and presence, and strong academics.

Estimated Salary

£80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
