Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Unit Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our manufacturing unit, providing financial planning and budgeting, and partnering with management to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Financial Planning and Budgeting

Develop and implement financial plans and budgets for the manufacturing unit, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Financial Analysis and Reporting

Provide regular financial analysis and reporting to management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.

Cost Reduction Initiatives

Lead cost reduction initiatives within the manufacturing unit, identifying opportunities to optimize costs and improve efficiency.

Financial Forecasting

Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts, ensuring that the manufacturing unit is on track to meet its financial targets.

Performance Metrics

Develop and track key performance metrics, ensuring that the manufacturing unit is meeting its financial and operational targets.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Relevant Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Industry Experience

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial and manufacturing industry.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

What We Offer
