Main Responsibilities- Deliver High-Quality Care: Provide individualized care that prioritizes the needs and preferences of each service user, ensuring their dignity, safety, and well-being are maintained.
- Contribute to Service Development: Participate in the planning and creation of innovative services and care pathways, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement new models of care.
- Support Nursing Strategy Implementation: Assist in the execution of the Group Nursing Strategy at the local level, aligning ward practices with strategic objectives and contributing to the overall success of the strategy.
- Drive Quality Improvement: Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement, implementing evidence-based practices, and engaging in regular reviews and audits to drive ongoing improvements in care quality and service efficiency.
- Registered Nurse with NMC PIN: Possess an active NMC PIN and at least 12 months of post-qualification experience.
- Relevant Clinical Experience: Demonstrate relevant clinical experience in a similar or related field.
- Positive Attitude and Commitment: Show a positive attitude and a strong commitment to continuous improvement, quality enhancement, and adaptability to change.
- Flexible and Innovative Approach: Demonstrate the ability to adopt flexible and innovative approaches to clinical practice and problem-solving.
