$120,000 - $150,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Integration Projects: Oversee the end-to-end integration of Mambu core banking platform into our systems with a primary focus on Savings products.
  • Architect Solutions: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions that align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and agile development.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Operations and Compliance to ensure the successful deployment of Mambu solutions.
  • Customization: Develop custom components, extensions, and APIs to enhance Mambu's Savings products to meet specific business needs.
  • Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Mambu integration, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years of experience in integrating or implementing Mambu specifically focusing on Savings products.
  • Proven experience in leading engineering teams and delivering complex integration projects in the financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
  • Hands-on experience with Mambu APIs and customization of Mambu s core banking modules.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of banking products, particularly Savings, and how they are structured and managed within Mambu.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
