Requirements
Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role. Experience in Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process is ideal.
Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service and enthusiasm to learn and develop knowledge and skills.
Passionate about Spicerhaart's values and processes.
Basic annual salary between £17,500 to £22,000 (depending on experience).
Quarterly bonuses for successfully converting a percentage of the pipeline.
Dedicated training and coaching to support ongoing development.
Opportunities to gain more experience and knowledge to progress to the next level.

Engaging with people from all walks of life and effective communication through email, phone, and face-to-face.
Spinning multiple plates and managing numerous responsibilities and tasks.

The Finer Details
