About the Position: Hunts Recruitment is currently seeking an Adult Care Worker to work within our supported living services, residential homes, and SEN Schools across Hampshire. This role will involve providing support to adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and social interaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, treatment plans, and progress.

Requirements:

  • A full UK Drivers License
  • An ENHANCED online registered DBS - alternatively you must be willing to purchase one (we are happy to assist with this)
  • A minimum of 6 months UK Care Experience
  • Evidence of care related training completed (Training can also be provided)
  • The right to work in the UK (Mandatory)
  • Be able to provide a minimum of 2 employment references including your most recent employer and all care related employment

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of £11.50-£12.45 per hour, paid weekly. Additional benefits include holiday pay, pension scheme enrollment, and free online training opportunities.
