Corporate Treasurer

The Business & Human Rights Resource Centre is seeking an experienced Corporate Treasurer to join its Board of Trustees. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the organization's financial stability and long-term success.

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.

Job Description:

• Chair the Finance Group and oversee the preparation of financial statements and independent examination.
• Liaise with the Deputy Chief Executive of Business and Finance and Finance and Business Management Officer regarding ad hoc finance tasks/issues.
• Review finance policies, scrutinize the budget, and ensure that proper accounts and records are kept.
• Ensure financial resources are maintained and spent in line with the organization's policies.
