Key Responsibilities- Manage month-end routines within the Finance function and handle ad-hoc tasks.
- Support the business with reporting and analysis, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure accurate accounting and reporting activity, maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity.
- Prepare monthly Gross Profit results for relevant areas of finance, providing a clear picture of the company's financial performance.
- Take ownership of key balance sheet elements, including inventory and debtors, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Provide weekly reporting of key program and business metrics, enabling the business to make informed decisions.
- Conduct monthly reviews of program contract performance, both historical and forecast, to identify areas for improvement.
- Drive forecast, budget, and 5-year plan processes, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Generate monthly reports for the business, providing a comprehensive overview of financial performance.
- Hold a professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA).
- Have a strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
