Join Our ESG Team as a Senior Consultant

RSM is a leading business advisory firm with a strong presence in the UK and a global network of over 120 countries. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our ESG team and contribute to our mission of delivering premium services to middle-market businesses.

About the Role

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering ESG consulting engagements and bringing business and commercial skills to drive project success. You will work closely with clients to establish trust and credibility, and quickly build effective relationships. Your focus will be on excellent client delivery, with strong analytical skills and exceptional communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver ESG consulting engagements and drive project success
  • Establish trust and credibility with clients and build effective relationships
  • Contribute to business development and practice management activities, including networking, targeting campaigns, and case studies
  • Develop methodologies and drive business growth
Requirements
  • Strong academic record, preferably with a business focus and post-graduate level
  • Significant experience in ESG strategy, governance, risk management, and performance management
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Demonstrable experience of project/programme management and practical experience of working in an ESG function
