The Role

We are seeking an experienced Buyer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Buyer, you will play a crucial role in managing our procurement operations, sourcing high-quality materials and products at competitive prices, and negotiating contracts to ensure optimal pricing and delivery terms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate contracts to ensure optimal pricing and delivery terms
  • Source materials aligned with our sustainability goals
  • Actively manage stock levels to meet business and client needs
  • Monitor and optimise inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking
  • Attend tradeshows to gain valuable market insights and supplier engagement
  • Handle customs and supply chain issues
About You

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience as a buyer or in a procurement role, preferably in the fashion, textiles, or outdoor performance wear industry
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and inventory control
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
