Job Title: Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive

Job Summary:

As a Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling vans to a diverse clientele in the Birmingham / West Midlands region. You will work from home, visiting our client's 6 Van dealership in the Midlands region, as well as meeting with new and existing retail clients. This is a dynamic role that requires a proactive approach to business development, fostering long-term relationships with customers and delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to understand their business requirements and provide expert advice on the most suitable vehicle options.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the latest commercial vehicle models and industry trends.
  • Negotiate sales and close deals while upholding the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the service, parts, and finance departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in promotional events and activities to expand the dealership's market presence.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in commercial vehicle sales or a closely related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a variety of customers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellence.
  • Full UK driving licence.
