About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to lead the delivery of strategic, commercial projects that support business growth and success at Aymes International.
This exciting role combines commercial and NHS/public sector expertise to bridge the gap between strategy and delivery. You will lead a portfolio of high-profile projects critical for our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across the team to execute project delivery and ensure that project goals align with the Aymes International mission and objectives.
- Liaise internally and externally with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and support the development of engagement activities to support your portfolio of strategic projects.
- Lead and deliver strategic projects and the development of our strategic project roadmap, ensuring that projects stay on track.
- Be commercially minded, able to see the big picture, and assist the team in translating objectives into actions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Background and sector experience within healthcare and medical nutrition is a plus but not essential.
- Previous experience in a commercial role as a supplier to either the NHS or another area within the public sector.
- Understanding of commercial modelling and P&Ls, public sector procurement and supply, and experience driving new projects or initiatives in healthcare or a similar industry that drives change.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to translate commercial benefits to the financial outcomes of the business.
- Ability to work in complex, fast-changing environments and express complex ideas clearly and compellingly to both internal and external stakeholders.
