Hydraulic Sales Specialist

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Hydraulic Sales Specialist. As a senior sales executive, you will be responsible for growing our industrial hydraulics market in the UK. Your strong network of customers and technical solution selling skills will enable you to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map out and segment the industrial hydraulics market
- Take full responsibility for growing this market
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue
Requirements:
- External sales experience from an associated sector (i.e., hydraulics, pumps, valves, fluid dynamics)
- Mechanical Engineering Components background
- A strong strategic thinker with exceptional relationship management skills
- Ability to identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities
- Excellent communication skills across various levels
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 to £70,000 Basic salary (experience dependent) and on target earnings £80,000+. Additional benefits include Home Office, Company Car, Pension, Laptop, Mobile Phone, Credit Card and Bonus. We also provide extensive product training to ensure your success in the role.
Location:
The role is home-based and requires regular customer visits throughout the sales region (Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Nottingham, Leicester, Luton, Oxford, Bristol, Southampton). You will report directly to the UK Managing Director and have the opportunity to work closely with other senior sales executives.
