Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centered care to residents with significant health needs
• Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Support residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with medication management and administration

Working Arrangements:
