Oral B Field Based Dental Product Specialist

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in the dental industry?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our Oral B Oral Care Field Team in Central London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive usage and recommendation of Oral B products amongst dental professionals in your territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals to drive product adoption and recommendation.
- Conduct product demonstrations, samples, and educational lunch meetings to showcase Oral B's innovative products.
- Attend dental congresses, trade fairs, and scientific exchanges to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Leadership opportunities from day one, with a focus on developing and executing business strategies.
- Continuous coaching and mentoring to help you grow and develop as a sales professional.

- Strong digital literacy and knowledge of Salesforce, Pitcher, Microsoft Office, and Power BI.
- Valid driving license for the UK.
