Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. As a key member of our Quality, Environment, Safety and Health (QESH) team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our health and safety standards across the site.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Lead the development and implementation of health and safety training programs for employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure health and safety is integrated into all aspects of the business.
- Manage and report on health and safety metrics and performance indicators.
- NEBOSH or equivalent health and safety qualification.
- Proven experience in health and safety management in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
