We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker for our Adult Autism Services. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism to live independently and be part of a close-knit community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with autism to develop and maintain daily living skills.
  • Assist with personal care and hygiene.
  • Encourage social interaction and community engagement.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care or support work.
  • Passion for working with individuals with autism.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
