Fabricator Fitter Welder Job Opportunity

Fulcrum Engineering is a leading employer in the Norfolk, Suffolk, and Cambridgeshire areas, seeking skilled professionals to join our team. We are currently recruiting for a Fabricator Fitter Welder to work on various projects, including fabrication, installation, and maintenance of industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fabrication of sheet metal, plate, pipe, and vessels to high specifications
  • Welding to coded specifications, including dairy and thin wall, process, and heavy wall pipe work
  • Installation of 2 to 4 inch and 6 to 12 inch pipe work
  • Fitting conveyors and machinery lines
  • Removal of pumps, valves, and pipe work, and completing checks and reinstatement on shutdown type work
Requirements:
  • C&G or NVQ 3 Pipe Fitting or Mechanical Fitting, or Welding qualification
  • CSCS Card or ECITB Safety Passport
  • IPAF Mobile Platform Card (desirable)
  • Abrasive Wheels, First Aid, Working at Heights, Confined Spaces, and Fire Watching certifications (desirable)
Working Conditions:

Hours of work: 0600 to 1800, Monday to Friday, with possible weekend work

Pay: £24+ per hour, Monday to Friday, £29+ per hour on Saturdays, and £33+ per hour on Sundays

Payment via payment company on CIS or PAYE basis

Term of work: 12 to 26 weeks+
