Senior Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Nursing Assistant to join our team at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our patient care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-focused care.
Key Responsibilities- Support patients with personal care needs, including mobilization and toileting
- Assist the nursing team in delivering excellent patient care, working within Trust guidelines and protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in on-the-job training and assessment to develop clinical skills and knowledge
- Contribute to a culture of inclusion and belonging, promoting equality and diversity in the workplace
- Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or in a related healthcare role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of safety and respect
