**Job Opportunity for a Dedicated Teacher**

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Teacher to join our Special School in Romford. This role offers both full-time and part-time positions, making it ideal for educators who are committed to supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

As a SEN Teaching Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping students thrive by planning and delivering tailored lessons that cater to the unique needs of each student. You will be responsible for creating an environment that fosters academic and personal growth, supported by a team of passionate educators.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Create engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of SEND students.
  • Work closely with support staff to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary.
  • Foster students' social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and external professionals.

**Required Qualifications and Experience:**

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience working with SEND students is preferred but not essential.
  • Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Show a commitment to helping students achieve their potential.
  • Acknowledge the importance of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

**Salary and Benefits:**

The salary range for this position is £36,211.00 - £53,998.00 per annum, dependent on experience. We offer a competitive package, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
