This role involves working closely with students, teachers, and other professionals to provide emotional support and guidance. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of child mental health and be able to adapt to the needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized plans to support students' mental health needs.
- Conduct regular check-ins with students to monitor their well-being and adjust support as needed.
- Foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration.
Salary and Benefits:
- A salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
