We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire, a leading construction field sales recruitment consultancy. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and selling a range of plastic building products to distributors, merchants, housebuilders, developers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Selling a variety of plastic building products, including fascia & soffit, rainwater cladding, guttering, and panel products to distributors, merchants, housebuilders, developers, and contractors.
  • Managing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying new business opportunities to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets and meet customer needs.
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
  • Strong understanding of plastic building products and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving results and driving growth.
