About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Retention Sales Consultant to join our team at Reassured Ltd, the largest non-advised life insurance intermediary in the UK. As a key member of our sales and support team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact customers by telephone to discuss lapsed or cancelled policies and offer tailored solutions.
  • Overcome customer concerns and sell the benefits of our products and services.
  • Perform fact finds, provide solutions, and re-arrange Life Insurance policies for existing customers in line with our sales process.
  • Develop and retain detailed product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven success in outbound sales, with a track record of hitting targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a desire to succeed and progress within the company.
