Job Title: Registered Support Living Manager

TRCGroup is currently recruiting for a Registered Support Living Manager to lead our Specialist Care team in Hampshire.

About the Role

As the Registered Support Living Manager, you will be responsible for driving quality care delivery, leading and supporting the service, focusing on quality, compliance, and ensuring the customer experience is exceptional.

You will be involved in the growth and development of services, ensuring the delivery of outstanding quality care. You will be well-supported in your role by an extensive and well-skilled team, which includes a deputy manager, field care supervisors, and our dedicated team of support workers.

This role is suitable for an existing Registered Manager looking to join a growing organisation or an excellent manager with extensive experience in the care sector ready to step up into a more senior position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor teams in social care to provide excellent quality services
  • Ensure successful operation of quality control compliance systems and perform quality assurance visits for customers
  • Effectively manage complaints and incidents, carrying out investigations relating to the quality of the service and using those findings to initiate improvements
  • Promote a positive culture in line with the Specialist Care Teams ethos and values
  • Be part of the on-call rota, attracting additional payment of circa £4,400 - £7,000 per annum, shared between 12 managers
Requirements

Qualified to Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or willing to work towards it with experience to support the role

Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
