As a Backend Software Engineer, You Will
  • Contribute to the development of an 'operating system' for future AI agents, ensuring safety, scalability, and rapid improvement of capabilities.
  • Design and build resilient and observable systems that deliver exceptional user experiences in the face of failures, retry storms, and resource starvation.
  • Ship high-quality software frequently.
