About the Role

This Customer Service Assistant position offers a fantastic opportunity to join our team in Warwickshire and make a real difference to our customers' experiences.

Job Description
  • Provide exceptional customer service and be a point of contact for customer queries
  • Book customers in at reception and manage bookings efficiently
  • Identify sales opportunities and host events such as individuals and children's parties
  • Deliver food to the lanes and maintain a clean and tidy centre

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, so it's essential that you are friendly, approachable, and have excellent communication skills.

Requirements
  • Flexible working pattern (including evenings and weekends)
  • Ability to work efficiently and show initiative
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Organised and able to multi-task
  • Strong team player
