Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our Finance Team at Uxbridge Employment Agency. As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Accounts Receivable function from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, credit notes, and remittances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Accounts Receivable process, including issuing invoices, credit notes, and monthly statements
  • Conduct credit risk assessments and maintain credit limits for customers
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer queries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Post and allocate daily cash, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Perform customer account reconciliations and identify any discrepancies
  • Proactively reduce aged debt and highlight accounts that require review
  • Investigate disputes and liaise with the Sales team on any unresolved payments
  • Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and ensure timely reporting for month-end

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Credit Control role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Experience using Oracle Cloud accounting system is highly desirable
  • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
