- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, with a track record of delivering large-scale business transformation projects.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
- Experience with business process improvement and change management methodologies.
