Rôle et responsabilités
- Appuyer activement les activités d'investissement de l'équipe de Financement en infrastructures, effectuer des recherches et des analyses fondamentales à l'appui du montage et de l'exécution des transactions en dette d'infrastructures en Europe.
- Élaborer et utiliser des modèles financiers liés aux opportunités d'investissement et les adapter au besoin pour tenir compte de certains scénarios et sensibilités.
- Examiner et analyser les rapports de vérification diligente (juridiques, techniques, commerciaux, financiers, etc.).
- Préparer les documents des comités d'investissement et participer à la présentation des opportunités d'investissement aux comités décisionnels internes.
- Participer activement aux activités de gestion de portefeuille, surveiller les résultats financiers trimestriels et annuels des placements en portefeuille et produire des rapports internes connexes.
- Participer au développement des membres juniors de l'équipe sous la supervision des directeurs principaux.

Expérience et formation
- De 6 à 8 ans d'expérience pertinente dans l'analyse fondamentale de crédit, dont un temps important a été consacré à des transactions d'infrastructures en Europe.
- Solides compétences analytiques et expérience dans la réalisation d'analyses complexes de modélisation financière dans Excel.
- Preuve de curiosité intellectuelle, de compétences en résolution créative de problèmes et d'adaptabilité.
- Compétences solides en communication verbale et écrite, et une attitude professionnelle et soignée.
- Expérience dans l'analyse de structures de capital complexes, un atout.
- Diplôme universitaire de premier ou de deuxième cycle en administration des affaires, finance, comptabilité, ou toute autre discipline connexe. Une combinaison équivalente de scolarité et d'expérience pourra être prise en considération.
- Mâitre des logiciels et bases de données employés dans le milieu financier (suite Office, Bloomberg, Capital IQ).
- Mâitre du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
