We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional care and education to children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality education and care for children attending the nursery, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Fulfill legal and statutory requirements, supervise staff on a day-to-day basis, and contribute to policy implementation.
  • Manage the provision of the nursery, ensuring effective collaboration between children, parents, and staff to deliver outstanding childcare.
  • Take charge of financial operations, meeting targets and maximizing occupancy to achieve maximum capacity.
  • Set and monitor progress against goals, ensuring the nursery maintains high standards of provision.
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment that supports children's learning and development.
  • Collaborate with parents and staff to address individual needs and ensure the well-being of all children.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 3 Montessori Pedagogy qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven team leadership and management experience within a nursery setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Ofsted statutory guidance.
  • Ability to implement high-quality learning opportunities and assess children's behavior.
  • Commitment to child protection, health and safety, equal opportunities, and SEN/Inclusion.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus opportunities for professional development and a supportive working environment.
