Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Youth Residential Leader to oversee the care and development of young people in our residential home. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support, managing a dynamic team, and promoting a vibrant activity programme.


Responsibilities:


Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:



  1. Oversee the care and development of young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.
  2. Manage staffing, budgets, and resources to ensure the smooth operation of the residential home.
  3. Ensure compliance with regulations and promote therapeutic support to young residents.
  4. Drive a vibrant activity programme to enrich the lives of young residents, promoting social, emotional, and educational development.

Qualifications and Experience:


Our ideal candidate will have:



  1. A Level 5 Diploma or working towards it.
  2. Experience managing or deputising in a children's home.
  3. A full driving licence.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
