Senior Clinical Fellow

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Clinical Fellow to join our team at NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinical leader to develop their skills in leadership, management, strategy, and project management, while contributing to the delivery of our ambitious strategy.
About the RoleThe Senior Clinical Fellow will work closely with our executive team to lead projects across various areas and disciplines, ensuring effective planning, engagement, and communication. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders and within multi-professional teams, appraising complex information and producing high-quality reports.
Key Responsibilities- Lead projects to deliver on our MSE ICS strategy, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify and drive change and improvement, aligning local, regional, and national priorities.
- Provide clinical leadership to our Women's Health workstream, working with system partners to shape provision and implementation of our Women's Health Strategy and Women's Health Hubs.
- Develop a system-wide strategy for the development of the Primary/Secondary Care interface, providing clinical leadership for stakeholder workshops and working with NHSE to identify issues and seek improvements at a national level.
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience:
- Doctor, Pharmacist, Dentist, Nurse, Midwife, Healthcare Scientist, Allied Health Care Professional with full registration.
- Must have completed one of the FMLM Clinical Fellow schemes.
- Proven development of leadership skills during national/regional fellowship.
- Experience of working effectively within a team to deliver a project.
- Involvement in quality improvement projects or clinical audit which have demonstrated impact on patient care or improvement in processes or pathways.
