An exciting opportunity has arisen within JMC Aviation, a leading provider of aviation engineering, training, and recruitment services.

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to provide support for our contractors and global engineering workers (GEWs) onsite at a well-respected aviation business in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct inductions for JMC contractors and GEWs
  2. Organise contractor security and identification passes
  3. Manage attendance of JMC contractors and GEWs in conjunction with the client resource coordinator
  4. Monitor GEW annual leave requests, sickness, and unauthorised absences on Breathe HR
  5. Serve as the primary point of contact for client recruitment needs, maintaining and strengthening client relationships
  6. Collaborate with client leadership to understand business objectives and talent requirements
  7. Distribute JMC work wear and ensure compliance with company policies
  8. Assist with queries raised by contractors and GEWs
  9. Ensure company compliance is enforced in conjunction with the JMC Administration Team
  10. Process timesheets and assist with missing timesheet reports
  11. Keep GEW weekly registers and staff lists up to date
  12. Carry out monthly checks of JMC GEW toolboxes and report to ELMS software
  13. Liaise with HR, operations, and hiring managers to facilitate smooth onboarding and workforce integration
  14. Proactively advise on talent acquisition strategies, market trends, and hiring best practices
  15. Partner with clients to develop short and long-term hiring plans that align with business goals

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a similar onsite coordinator or account manager role
  2. Strong organisational skills
  3. Excellent communication skills
  4. Ability to work to tight deadlines
  5. Ability to work on own initiative and organise and prioritise own work
  6. Attention to detail is essential
  7. Flexibility within the role
  8. Experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and database systems
  9. Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing, ideally in an onsite or client-facing role
  10. Strong background in account management and relationship building
