About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our well-established practice at Endell Equine Hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and supervise team members
  • Create and manage the team rota and ensure adequate coverage at all times
  • Financial responsibility, including banking, budgets, and debt control
  • Prepare financial reports and analyse performance
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the practice
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
  • Develop long-term goals and plans for the growth of the practice
Requirements
  • Previous veterinary experience would be preferred, but not essential
  • Managerial or leadership experience would be advantageous
  • Strong planning and problem-solving skills
  • An excellent communicator with strong empathy
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience in dealing with members of the public
  • A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other database management and operating systems

Salary and Benefits

Salary for the role of up to £51,000 per annum depending on relevant experience.
