Job Description

LA International is seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a technical expert with a strong background in VMware Virtualisation technology, SAN technology, and Windows workstation imaging techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement virtualisation solutions using VMware technology
  • Manage and maintain SAN infrastructure
  • Develop and implement Windows workstation imaging techniques
  • Provide technical support and guidance on Microsoft Server Technologies, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement Application Server technologies
  • Apply ITIL IT service management model and Incident and Problem Management processes
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge and experience in VMware Virtualisation technology, SAN technology, and Windows workstation imaging techniques
  • Excellent technical skills in Microsoft Server Technologies, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange
