Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily checks and maintenance on our hot tubs to ensure they are working properly and safely for our guests.
  • Drain and refill hot tubs on changeover days and adjust chemicals as needed.
  • Conduct regular water tests and make adjustments to maintain optimal water quality.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure all hot tubs are well-maintained and meet our high standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the leisure industry, preferably in water management or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work methodically.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude when interacting with guests.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work on bank holidays and other peak periods.
