About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Technical Architect to join a reputable consultancy in Newport. The successful candidate will have the ability to run projects from start to finish, manage design processes, and coordinate with clients and external consultants. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to work on high-profile projects and deliver exceptional results.

**Responsibilities Include:**
- Managing overall design process within RIBA work stages
- Coordinating design teams and working with Product Designers in-house and external construction professionals
- Completing site visits to check on progress and budget
- Liaising with clients and external consultants, attending design team meetings, managing collaborative communication streams, and ensuring that design projects are on schedule

Requirements:
- Relevant qualification with UK-based experience
- Good working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and client-focused attitude
- Strong technical abilities and the ability to deliver projects

What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £30k - £43k DOE

- Work from home a couple of times a week
