HGV Mechanic Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Greater London, working Monday to Friday days. The ideal candidate must be comfortable stripping and servicing electric engines, gearboxes, motors, and other components.
HGV Mechanic Role and Responsibilities- Electric drivetrain overhaul
- Engine and transmission inspection and testing
- Drivetrain installation and modification
- Installation instruction generation
The salary for this role is £48,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience.
HGV Mechanic Requirements- Experience working on heavy or passenger vehicles
- Mechanical / electrical engineering qualification
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Problem solving skills
