Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and ambitious solicitor to lead contentious construction matters, including disputes related to contracts, defects, delays, payment issues, and professional negligence claims. The ideal candidate will possess excellent case management skills, thorough legal research abilities, and exceptional client consultation and negotiation skills.

The role requires preparation of legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, contracts, and settlement agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Additionally, the solicitor will engage in negotiations with opposing parties to seek amicable resolutions when appropriate.

The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues within the construction law department and other practice areas to share knowledge and support the overall growth of the firm.

About the Role
  • Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
