About the Role

Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead our Soft FM team in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a Grounds Maintenance / Cleaning Contract, leading sub-contractors, an Assistant Contract Manager, 3 supervisors, and a team of GM & Cleaning staff.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and facilities management are met, while working within budget. You will be responsible for all aspects of people management, including recruitment, training, budget management, performance management, health and safety, and managing client relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the provision of facility management services to the highest standards, meeting client requirements and expectations within a multi-site facilities environment.
  • Ensure continuous improvement and growth while delivering business objectives.
  • P&L accountability for multiple contracts.
  • Develop positive working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Ensure all duties and responsibilities are undertaken in full compliance with the relevant Health and Safety at Work Act.
Requirements
  • Multi-site Contract management experience, preferably within social housing and GM management.
  • Experience of full profit and loss accountability.
  • Demonstrable track record of acquiring, managing, and retaining facilities management contracts in a multi-site environment.
  • IOSH Managing Safely Qualification.
  • Fleet Management experience.
  • Full driving licence.
