Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for guiding our guests through the Vagabond wine experience, advising and informing them about our wines. You will also be responsible for operating our tills, taking food orders, serving drinks at the bar, restocking and maintaining our wine machines, managing a shift, handling cash, and supporting and guiding the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our guests have a world-class experience.
  • Operate our tills and take food orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Serve drinks at the bar and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Restock and maintain our wine machines to ensure that they are always fully stocked and functioning properly.
  • Manage a shift and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Support and guide the team to ensure that they are providing exceptional service and meeting our high standards.
