We're seeking a Commissioning Manager to lead the commissioning process for mechanical systems in our London office. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing commissioning plans, schedules, and reports, as well as managing data in our project management software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commissioning plans for mechanical systems, including BMS and fire alarm systems.
  • Manage and coordinate commissioning activities, including developing schedules, reports, and checklists.
  • Work closely with our mechanical team to ensure that commissioning strategies and processes are aligned with project objectives.
  • Provide technical advice to clients on project and operational risk related to mechanical aspects.
  • Manage and record detailed progress prerequisites for mechanical systems, including factory tests and third-party sign-off.
  • Assist in the development of design and commissioning documentation for tender and construction purposes.
  • Attend project and internal meetings as needed, representing the mechanical commissioning perspective.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of commissioning experience.
  • Detailed technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services systems.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Creativity and an ability to problem-solve quickly.
  • Multi-tasking abilities.
  • Being task and deadline focused.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to consistently produce high-quality project work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A commissioning professional as certified by an accredited agency.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Professional Engineer preferred.
  • Data Center commissioning experience.
  • Commissioning certification preferred (CxA, CCP, BCxP, or CBCP).
  • Have one or more specific, relevant, technical expertise.
