Key Responsibilities
As Assistant Manager at The Cricketers, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our busy pub. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and looking after customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Helping to train and lead our team of bar and waiting staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Managing busy services and running special events, showcasing your organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Assisting in the decision-making process for beer, gin, wine, and event offerings, ensuring they align with our customers' preferences.
