As a Shop Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading a team of retail staff and volunteers to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of retail staff and volunteers to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the shop, including stock management, visual merchandising, and customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement
- Collaborate with the wider Crisis team to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with Crisis policies and procedures, including health and safety, data protection, and equality and diversity
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a charity or not-for-profit organization
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the shop and customers
