We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Events Volunteer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and engaging experience for our visitors and other volunteers in our Green Hub.

About the Role

The Events Volunteer will be responsible for assisting with the planning and delivery of our regular events, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our team in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Provide excellent customer service to visitors and other volunteers
  • Support the team in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

We are looking for someone with great communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and a passion for creating a positive experience for others. Ideally, you will have experience in customer-facing roles, event planning, or fundraising, but this is not essential. What is essential is your ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and your willingness to learn and develop new skills.
