We are a new business starting our own bakery, and we are seeking an experienced Head Baker to lead our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily baking operations, including staff management, recipe development, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of bakers to produce high-quality baked goods
- Develop and implement efficient production processes to meet customer demand
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for quality and innovation.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
