Voids Surveyor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Void Surveyor to join our team at Niyaa People Ltd. As a Void Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and inspections as part of our Voids team. The role is in the social housing sector, and some degree of public sector or housing experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that repairs are conducted efficiently and effectively
• Liaise effectively with tenants and customers to ensure impeccable customer service
• Ensure that properties are brought up to a lettable standard

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in a similar position
• Experience working within social housing
• Knowledge around voids and reactive repairs
• Ability to liaise and communicate effectively with management
