Job Title: Companion for Independent Living in North Yorkshire

The role of a Companion for Independent Living is to provide support and assistance to an individual with Autism, learning difficulties, and social communication challenges. This unique opportunity allows you to make a meaningful difference in someone's life while gaining valuable experience in companionship and care.

As a Companion, you will be responsible for accompanying the individual on outings, helping them access their local community, and engaging in activities that promote social connections and independence. Your role will involve providing physical and emotional support, respecting the individual's boundaries and needs.

This position requires flexibility, reliability, and a willingness to work at short notice. You must be comfortable working in a one-to-one setting and have excellent communication skills to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both parties.
